Task 3
Health is one
of things that people must take care of, some people believe that only eating
balanced meals in going to give them a healthy life , others disagree , believing
that a balanced diet is not enough to live healthy life , in this essay I will explain
the two ideas and give some examples .
There are
several reasons why balanced diet work , to start with , they think that
balanced diet without making exercise will make them feel comfortable and
loosing weight at the same time , for example by eating grilled things and
eating the white meats like fish and chicken , secondly they also think that
just healthy food will not make them loose or burn some vitamins , for example
when you having exercise like running or walking actually you are loosing some vitamins
,
There
are several reasons why a balanced diet only does not work , firstly there are
people who think that the exercise is the most important thing with the
balanced diet , because there are some fates that will not be burned by having
only healthy food for example you have to walk or run to burn and it will give
you a shape and strong muscles that the people who only making diet do not have
. secondly these people also think that the vitamins that you lost it during
the exercise you can replace it by eating some food like fruits or vegetables.
In
conclusion , there are two kind of people , one believes that the balanced diet
or healthy food is enough to live healthy life , others think that is necessary
to live a healthy life , in my opinion , I believe strongly that exercise is
the key to living a healthy life because the human had some kind of power that
will not release without exercising , in the future I hope that people will be
more healthier than now
